A fantastic family holiday home & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with lovely weather as an added bonus Positive: This is our 5th visit in the last 8 years and it is by far the best holiday cottage that we have stayed at in the Lake District over many years. Positive: The location was amazing. After two weeks of small hotel rooms, it was really nice to have a bit more space. The Coffee and Tea station was also nice to be included. Negative: Since the house offered a spa, there should be spa towels included.

Fabulous stay at a lovely house in a stunning location. Positive: Great location, spotlessly clean and having the hot tub was amazing ( all ready for us when we arrived!) also our springer spaniel really loved the garden. Bonus was the close proximity to the pub and Grasmere village. Negative: Can't think of anything
